These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between EIRL Stéphane MATHURIN, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", wishing to benefit from the passenger transport services with driver offered by the Service Provider.

Bookings can be made:
All bookings are confirmed by sending a confirmation email containing the service details (date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, fare).
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when booking: name, phone, email, pick-up and destination addresses, number of passengers, number of luggage.
Minors (under 18 years old) can only make bookings with the consent and under the responsibility of a legal guardian (parent or guardian). An appropriate child seat must be indicated when booking.

All rates are indicated in euros including tax (VAT at 10%).
A free quote can be established upon request. It is valid for 30 days from its issue date.
Payments can be made:
A detailed quote is sent to the Customer before the service. Payment can be made in advance (at the time of booking) or after the service, according to agreed terms.
The final invoice is issued after completion of the service and sent by email to the Customer within 48 hours following the end of the trip, whether payment was made before or after the ride.
Important: In accordance with regulations on service bookings with a specific date, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to VTC reservations. The cancellation conditions below apply whether payment has been made or not.
Any refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Any booking modification must be communicated at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Modifications are subject to availability.
In case of force majeure as defined under French law Article 1218 of the Civil Code (events beyond the Service Provider's control, unforeseeable and irresistible such as: exceptional weather conditions making traffic dangerous, natural disasters, general transport strikes, unforeseeable mechanical breakdown, serious illness of the driver, government decisions), the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the service. The Customer will be fully refunded.

In case of Customer delay at the meeting point, the driver will wait 15 minutes free of charge. Beyond that, waiting time may be charged at the rate of €30/hour. After 30 minutes of delay without news from the Customer, the service will be considered cancelled due to no-show and charged at 100%, with no possibility of refund.
Luggage transport is provided with care within the vehicle's capacity limit. The Customer remains responsible for their luggage and personal items at all times. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage, except in case of proven gross negligence. It is strongly recommended that the Customer take out personal luggage insurance for valuable items.
The vehicle is insured in accordance with current regulations. The Service Provider has professional liability insurance covering bodily and material damage caused to third parties.
Personal data collected during booking (name, first name, email, phone, addresses) are necessary for the execution of the service and billing. They are stored securely and are neither sold nor transmitted to third parties.
In accordance with GDPR, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data by contacting contact@ssint.fr.

Billing data may be retained longer to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@ssint.fr within 7 days following the service. The Service Provider commits to respond within 48 hours.
Consumer Mediation:
In case of unresolved dispute, consumer Customers may contact free of charge the consumer mediator associated with the Service Provider:
This mediation can be initiated within one year from the written complaint addressed to the Service Provider.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Otherwise, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse, France.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The applicable T&C are those in force at the booking date.
Validation of a booking implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If one or more provisions of these T&C are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect.
